At the tourist information office (IAT), you can find information and free material about tourist attractions in the city and province of Ferrara.
It is located on the ground floor of the Castello Estense, overlooking the internal courtyard.
It is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00 and on Sundays and public holidays from 9:30 to 17:30.
It is closed only on Christmas Day.
