On the weekends of 6–7–8, 13–14, 20–21 and 27–28 December 2025, a truly unexpected guest arrives in the heart of the Cloister of St. Paul: the Grinch!
His quirky home opens its doors to curious visitors for a fun and slightly bizarre experience, filled with upside-down trees, unwrapped gifts, and crooked decorations.

Inside, children can explore rooms full of surprises, write a “very naughty” letter, create funny green masks, or decorate witty Christmas cards.
On the opening weekends, the Grinch and his inseparable elf will bring the cloister to life with games, jokes, and plenty of opportunities for unforgettable photos.

An event for the whole family, where humour and the magic of Christmas come together in a unique setting in the heart of Ferrara.

Opening hours: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Special morning openings: Sunday 14 and 21 December, 10:30 am – 12:30 pm
Admission: Free
