Therefore, the legal basis of the processing carried out by the Data Controller lies in Article 6, letter b) of EU REG. 2016/679 insofar as it is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures and to enable the contact you have requested.

The Company also informs you that your data will be processed by electronic means and if needed on paper in the manner and to the extent necessary to pursue the above purposes, in compliance with the principles set out in Article 5 of EU Regulation 2016/679.

The data provided will not be disseminated by the Data Controller and will be kept for the time strictly necessary to allow contact and, where appropriate, the formalisation of contracts and the fulfilment of related administrative, accounting and tax purposes.

Within the framework of the Company's organisational structure, the personal data may be processed by persons authorised to process them who have been specifically appointed by the Data Controller, or by any third parties involved in the processing, appointed as external Data Processors, insofar as they are necessary for the performance of the activities envisaged in this policy.

As a "Data Subject", you have specific rights (Article 15 et seq. of EU Regulation 2016/679).

Furthermore, you have the right to obtain a copy when this does not infringe the rights and freedoms of others.

You also have the right to request the correction of inaccurate data and the deletion of those concerning you in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR.
