Noctis Domini - The Lords of the Night

14 October 2023 - Ferrara, Historical Centre, Piazza Trento Trieste

On the evening of 14 October, a travelling spectacle in Gothic, Victorian and steampunk colours arrives in Ferrara with numerous participants from all over Italy, with many activities and a craft market.
Noctis Domini is a procession in which spectacle and entertainment come together in a unique event that is considered one of the best for Gothic and dark lovers.

It is organised by the Ombre d'Arte association with the aim of bringing to light a culture that is made up of music, literature, cinematography, architecture, art and fashion whose exponents have made history.
An event worthy of the finest Gothic and horror stories, a struggle between the forces of good and evil to conquer the city. Year after year, the event weaves a plot from Roberta Mercatelli's narration.

The first edition took place in 2015 as a Gothic-tinged procession. From a simple interactive procession open to all, Noctis has taken shape, becoming a true street show open to all: one can participate as mere spectators and photographers or join the parade (if equipped with a costume in line with the dress code).

Theme music accompanies the parade, to get into the heart of the evening and be the real protagonists.

Monsterland Halloween Festival

31 October 2023 - Ferrara Fiere e Congressi - Via della Fiera 11

Seven music stages, great national and international artists, for the biggest Halloween festival in Italy. Twelve hours of music, from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., to immerse yourself in a chilling world of fun, spectacle and adrenaline. An event that combines the Halloween festival with a passion for music and entertainment.

An experience that is not easily forgotten, an evening to get wild and let loose: from electronic music to techno, from commercial to 90s hits, embracing even Trap Hip Hop and Techouse, as well as the dance sounds of past decades.

Within the context of the event, incredible laser shows transform the night sky into a fascinating kaleidoscope of colours, while the make-up area allows make-up and creativity enthusiasts to express their imagination through unique and frightening looks. The Horror Funfair is a must-see, with rides and entertainment adding a macabre touch, and the food and beverage area offers a wide selection of delicacies and drinks to satisfy every culinary taste.

In a world where horror and entertainment are intertwined, Monsterland offers an extraordinary opportunity to be transported on a journey where terror merges with joy, creating a Halloween night truly out of the ordinary.
