5.Scope of knowledge and dissemination of data

Gathered personal data, collected on the basis of the consents you have given, are transferred outside the European Union in accordance with the procedures established by the Regulation, pursuant to Art. 44 et seq.

7. Rights of the interested party

You also have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data and the deletion of data concerning your person, in accordance with Article 17, GDPR. You are then granted the right to request the restriction of processing, in the cases indicated by Article 18, GDPR and to object at any time to processing for marketing purposes or through profiling. You are also legitimate to revoke at any time the consent previously expressed, without affecting the legitimacy of the data processing carried out by the Data Controller on the basis of the consents expressed prior to revocation.
