Comfort Festival 2024

On Sunday, 7 July 2024, a day of great music with live performances by international artists along the River Dock.

Comfort Festival® focuses on the psychophysical wellbeing of the public and not on the search for mass numbers. The festival was born in 2021 from a very simple idea of Barley Arts founder Claudio Trotta: to use a beautiful and natural location to allow the public to spend a relaxing day in the name of good music.

with THE GASLIGHT ANTHEM, GARY CLARK JR., Rival Sons, Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes, The War and Treaty, Hardwicke Circus, Lovesick

The new River Dock will host The Gaslight Anthem's big return to the stage after a nine-year hiatus in their only Italian date of summer 2024, during which they will present their new album History Books (2023). Preceding the band of Brian Fallon and associates on stage will be Gary Clark Jr., acclaimed blues singer and guitarist, holder of a long series of awards - including several Grammy Awards - for his work, including the extraordinary This Land (2019).
In the late afternoon, Rival Sons, the Californian blues rock band that released two albums within a few months of each other, Darkfighter and Lightbringer, will take the stage. 

Preceding them will be a line-up particularly beloved by lovers of the New Jersey sound: Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes, inextricably linked with Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band and cited by Jon Bon Jovi as his great source of inspiration. Slow Music ETS confirms its partnership with the festival again this year, presenting The War and Treaty, a duo that mixes blues, gospel, soul, bluegrass and country, nominated at the Grammy Awards with their latest studio work Blank Page (2023), also on their only Italian date.
Opening the day will be Hardwicke Circus, produced by the legendary Dave Robinson founder of Stiff Records, and Lovesick as the only Italian artists of the day.
