A festival that combines aerial engineering by the Vulandra group and numerous Italian and foreign guests with open-air recreation, all on a bicycle.

The festival embodies the purest passion for kite flying, both sporting and amateur.
It represents an opportunity within everyone's reach to combine the wonder of the works of aerial engineering created by the local 'Vulandra' group and the hundreds of kite flyers from various Italian regions and foreign countries.

Free flight and exhibitions of static and acrobatic kites, both single and team, construction workshops for children and advanced aerobatic flying courses for professionals and enthusiasts, exhibitions of images from flying fields around the world, and a constant look at social issues, in the form of the removal of architectural barriers, informative banquets on associationism and voluntary work for charity and environmental protection measures, applied to the beautiful setting of the "G.Bassani" Urban Park that has hosted the event for more than 30 years.
All accompanied by various refreshment alternatives and a large inflatable playground, allowing families to spend entire days together in the park.
