This ancient celebration, deeply rooted in the cultural fabric of the city, manifests itself in a series of events culminating in the exciting races in Piazza Ariostea, which this year will be held on 25 May at 8 pm. A week earlier, on 18 May, the Magnificent Procession, with its marvellous costumes, will tour the streets of Ferrara, evoking the grandeur and splendour of the Renaissance.

Videomapping becomes a visual and thematic prelude to this immortal tradition.

Its rich history and intrinsic values will emerge among the elements of this evocative visual narrative entitled 'D'arme e d'amore' (Of arms and love) that combines exploits, passions and history.
