Come and experience a lively end of the year in Ferrara, living some unforgettable and curious days.
Starting with a food walking tour across the medieval streets to taste local specialities such as ciccioli, salama da sugo, maccheroni stuffed pie and the chocolate tenerina cake.
Next, to the wonderful Teatro Comunale, to attend the operetta "Il Pipistrello", masterpiece of Strauss junior: a brilliant comedy full of misunderstandings, tricks, disguises and engaging musics which probably you have listened at least once in your life, offering lightheartedness and funny moments. It's up to you choosing to see the show on Friday 30th December or on the 31st, waiting for the New Year's Eve celebrations. At midnight, an outstanding cascade of fireworks will light up the historic centre of Ferrara, it's the famous "Castle fire", an impressive event that has touched visitors' eyes and hearts for years.
