The city stage of Tramonto DiVino will tinge your evening with the colours and flavours of over 300 wines and the gastronomic excellence of our region. All this together with AIS sommeliers, the tasty products of the DOP and IGP consortia, the Chef to Chef Emiliaromagnacuochi Association, and the students of the city's Hotelier Institute.
By purchasing a ticket, you can participate in a unique evening of conviviality, excellent food and wine. The wines, which you will have the opportunity to taste following the advice of expert sommeliers at the tasting counters, will be accompanied by various dishes based on typical regional and local products. The AIS sommeliers will also accompany you on guided wine mini-tours, with small groups and ad hoc tasting routes.

Tramonto DiVino in Ferrara is part of a regional tour organised by the Enoteca Regionale Emilia-Romagna, together with the Emilia-Romagna Region's Agriculture Department and Union Camere Emilia-Romagna, Apt servizi, Ferrara's Wine and Flavours Route, Agenzia PrimaPagina, Ais Emilia and Romagna, with the collaboration of the regional CheftoChef Association, Casa Artusi, the regional Consortia of certified quality products, and the patronage of the Municipality of Ferrara.
